As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety, performance, resourcing, cost management, and team leadership for specified operational areas and/or operational processes. You will lead by example and coordinate resources to ensure operational and customer requirements are met. Your ability to make timely decisions and ensure continuous improvement will be key to increasing productivity and maintaining a strong focus on safety. You will take accountability for the safety of the team and control hazards and risks in the work area. You will work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations and plans are delivered.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in warehouse and fleet management, team leadership, and cost management. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your knowledge of HSE requirements and regulations will be crucial in ensuring compliance for self and team. **Responsibilities**:
- Lead and coordinate the team/workgroup to maintain work standards and behaviours and hold team members accountable.- Coordinate, direct, and deploy resources (labour, equipment) to meet operational and customer requirements.- Make timely decisions regarding day-to-day operational matters and ensure continuous improvement in productivity and safety.- Take accountability for the safety of the team and identify and control hazards and risks in the work area.- Ensure customer focus is present in all activities undertaken by the team and work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills- Experience in warehouse and fleet management, team leadership, and cost management.- Ability to plan and coordinate daily activities and hold team members to account.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Sound knowledge of HSE requirements and regulations and ability to ensure compliance for self and team.- Strong customer focus and attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders.
