This role is for a 12-month Parental Leave Fixed Term Contract as the Employee Experiences Specialist.

Play a key role in driving a great experience for our people. The role involves coordination of employee listening mechanisms, measuring culture, engagement and employee experience, and providing ‘voice of employee’ insights to leadership teams and key partners in People and Culture to drive action planning.

This role collaborates with other parts of the business to improve the employee experience right across the employee journey with a focus on moments that matter (e.g. onboarding, retention, leadership). It also provides a key strategic support function in the development of Health Safety & Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership & Development strategies and initiatives.

You bring a passion for cultural change, strong analytical capability, and a desire to deliver transformation and authentic outcomes that will enhance the employee experience.

You have strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to form trusted relationships across the business to influence and drive strategic initiatives and people solutions. Your strong communication skills enable you to translate and adapt complex information to suit a range of audiences.

Furthermore, we’re looking for someone with:
- Business acumen and a passion for building and nurturing talent- Good project management skills, results driven and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Experience in event management desired (organising in-hub and offsite events)- Curious, passionate and self-motivated about Talent Management, able to quickly grasp new concepts and build own capability in this area- Experience in driving improvements in HR processes and/or practices- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including running workshops and focus groups.
