**The Role**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Work closely with Regional Operations Managers and P&C Business Partners to achieve quality and timely outcomes
- Manage internal mobility and promotions
- Administrative duties including managing compliance, maintaining CRM database
- Developing talent pipelines
- Front line staff recruitment when required
- Working on new park acquisitions

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment role
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and compliance
- Energetic, focused, and like a challenge
- Hard-working with a drive to succeed
