**Do you match this profile?**

Do you have at least 2 years working experience in new retail store openings from design to opening, with experience in or passion for visual merchandising?

Do you enjoy working in a fast moving and collaborative environment?

Do you have project management experience, and are you proficient in Excel & PowerPoint?

Are you a team player who can work in a diverse workplace with appropriate sensitivity and understanding?

Are you a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure, and meeting deadlines?

**What do we expect from you?**

You will:

- Support the opening, refurbishment and maintenance of the boutique network through monitoring budgets and purchasing through SAP, liaising with vendors and maintaining the tools and systems allowing the project leads to stay informed on progress.
- Support seamless execution, installation of boutique display and animation (daily, seasonal, campaign etc.) in Oceania following international VM, zoning guidelines to ensure product visibility and presentation in the boutique.
- Manage display PLV, delivery process, payments tracking, ensuring accuracy and timeline as well as inventory management.
