Our Restaurant Support Centres are full of Cravers, a group of customer fanatics and experts, working with our Franchise Partners to support their success, because we know that we win together.

We are going through a data revolution. We have datalots of it. Our aim is to transform our business utilizing this data. We play a strategic and integral role within the business and are committed to continually providing insights and analytics to support the delivery of strategic business outcomes.

**About the role**
Delighting our customers is top of mind at Craveable and a priority for the Insights and Research Manager. Reporting directly to our Chief Customer Officer, take the lead on distilling & disseminating customer insights across the business and manage our Voice of Customer (VOC) program.

Work with brands and the Customer Team to establish a competitive insights function. You’ll also assist the Customer Team to become the organizational authority and SME on analysing consumer insights and data trends, guiding strategic planning, brand plans & new product development (NPD).

Establish an internal sensory insights function supported by the NPD team to include managing end to end qualitative and quantitative sensory consumer research projects for NPD, value engineering, ESG and sensory mapping initiatives.

**About You**
- You’ll have a curious mind and a passion for continuously improving customer experience.
- An autonomous, proactive problem solver with a track record delivering great results.
- Extensive insights experience in both qualitative and quantitative insight dissemination.
- Experience in producing cohesive and synthesised overviews of the what, the why and where our opportunities lie based on data.
- Experience with Voice of Customer programs with solid understanding of NPS and other customer metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills and capability to interact and present to a wide range of senior stakeholders.
