Your new role

This position coordinates and undertakes advertising, recruitment and appointment to vacancies. Your role will be responsible for monitoring regional vacancies in conjunction with the regional administration teams ensuring compliance with relevant public sector standards, employment agreements and legislative requirements. Duties of this role include reporting of recruitment activity, conducting audits, implementing the medical workforce marketing plan and initiatives to enhance capacity to deliver a healthy workforce. To be successful in this role you will have:

- Demonstrated experience and applied understanding advertising and recruitment principles and practices.
- Well-developed planning, organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative with well-developed research, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills including experience in Microsoft Office.
- Experience and understanding of relevant Agreements, policies and legislation relating to recruitment of medical practitioners is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

This role is due to last for six months and comes with a competitive salary along with other perks include flexible working and one day a week from home.
