**Job Details**
Reports To: Service Coordinator

Employment: Full-Time (3 months initial probation)

Award: Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (MA000100)

Classification: Level 2 - 3 (Demonstrated experience dependent)

Hours: 38hrs p/w

Location: Narre Warren (Flexible arrangements post probation)

Review Periods: 6 month increments

**Who are we looking for?**
An exciting opportunity has available for a Recruitment Officer to join our Staff Engagement Team, with an immediate start. Your recruitment experience will help us find talent, seek, attract and hire the most suitable community support workers to grow our passionate carer workforce and will provide important support with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff to ensure CSA continue to attract, select, and retain quality staff

**What are we looking for?**
- Must be people focused and demonstrated experience with people engagement
- A positive attitude and a commitment to working collaboratively with internal teams, external stakeholders and service partners
- You are incredibly organised, efficient, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Committed to ensuring only suitably qualified, experienced, compassionate applicants are sourced, screened and engaged
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources and/or demonstrated prior experience in a similar role with an understanding of the principles of recruitment in the community services sector or;
Previous experience in a Supervisory Position within the Community Services Industry
- Strong IT skills including the use cross platform integrations including knowledge of using ATS, Job Boards and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and thrive within a team environment
- Have a calm disposition with the ability to multitask and prioritise

**What must you have to apply?**
- Have a current and valid Working With Children Check (Employment)
- Have a clear and willing to undergo a National Police check
- Relevant qualifications in Community Services (Diploma) - (OoHC experience highly desirable) or relevant Human Resources qualification
- Previous 6 months minimum experience in a Recruitment Role is highly desireable
