Recruitment Officer

We’re on the search for a Recruitment Officer to join our Group’s People team on a permanent basis.

As a growing hotel group, we’re looking for someone wanting to really make an impact on our journey to becoming one of Australia’s large niche hotel operators.

This is a brand new role in our structure and will be responsible for supporting the recruitment efforts at our 20 existing hotels and upcoming new hotel openings. You may also assist with recruitment of our corporate office roles as we expand.

**Our Recruitment Officer role**:
You’ll have experience in recruitment and be able to manage multiple recruitment projects at the same time. You’ll be accountable for:

- Supporting our hotels recruitment efforts through a proactive approach to advertisements and interviews
- Regular meetings with our Hotel Managers to understand the full picture of their recruitment needs
- Send Group recruitment status updates
- Job advertisements via job boards (soon transitioning to a new recruitment system where advertisements will be managed)
- Screening & initial interviews
- Requisition form initiation
- Talent pooling for future vacancies

You’ll work out of our corporate office and occasionally our hotels across Melbourne when needed.
