Seeking an Experienced HR professional for a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract in Macquarie Park. My client is a global leader in Pharmaceuticals and offers fantastic flexibility within a hybrid working environment.

As the HR Operations Partner, you will be providing generalist case management support across the full HR platform. You will be providing sound, expert advice and guidance to educate leaders, managers and staff on all people matters.

To be considered for this role, you must have PR or Australian Citizenship and have experience in working in a HR role within Australia. You must be experienced in HR/ Employment legislation and procedures within Australia.

**Duties within the role will include but not be limited to**:

- Responsible for providing legally compliant advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of case management issues
- Responsible for all employee relations Case Management
- Partnering with HRBP’s in the delivery and execution of a variety of HR projects
- Provide solutions to resolve case management queries escalated from the Service Delivery Team
- Identify and analyse legal and compliance risks in employment situations and partner with the HR Business Partner & Employee Relations team to mitigate accordingly
- Ensure up to date knowledge of employment law and employment law trends
- Monitor and track trends in case management queries to proactively identify issues
- Escalate complex case management queries to HR Business Partners & Employee Relations as appropriate
- Offer a mind-set of continuous improvement to identify opportunities to improve the services provided by HR
- Work supportively and collaboratively with other teams across HR offering support and guidance when required
- Maintain a proactive approach, taking the initiative and managing self effectively
- Build positive relationships and trust with key stakeholders

**About you**:

- Experienced HR professional with 5 years + experience in a HR role within Australia
- Tertiary education with HR qualifications
- Generalist HR experience across core functions
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment law
- Experienced in Complex HR Case Management
- Experienced in MS Suite, Excel, (Essential) SAP, Success Factors (preferred)
- Empathetic and trustworthy
- Collaborative team player
- Stakeholder management experience
