Working across our Corporate Head Office and Residential Care, you will deliver a wide range of generalist people consulting and advice services in support of our strategic people needs and goals.

Your main responsibilities will include;
- Build and manage strong client partnering relationships with key stakeholders within designated client group
- Review and develop Position Profiles with Hiring Managers including requirements and remuneration
- Provide specialist advice in the management & resolution of employee relations matters, grievances & dispute
- Coach leaders in strategies & processes for effective people management
- Proactively analyse & report on people metrics, identifying trends & areas for action
- Partner with leaders in the development & deployment of culture & development initiatives
- Collaborate with leaders to navigate the people planning and delivery aspects of more complex organisational change projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Significant demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering within Aged Care, Health Care, FMCG or related 24/7 operational type environments
- Demonstrated experience working with unions on people matters
- Extensive knowledge of employment legislation, regulations and Enterprise Agreements
- Advanced coaching, influencing and communication skills
- Excellent facilitation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to our homes once per week is required
- Must be able to provide Covid19 immunisation evidence including Booster, prior to commencement
