If you're passionate about making a difference, influencing culture, and managing change – we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Provide generalist HR support and advice across a diverse workforceCoach managers on performance, development, IR/ER, and investigationsLead cyclical HR processes including performance reviews, remuneration, and engagement initiativesManage end-to-end recruitment across key business unitsPartner with site-based teams, unions, and reps to maintain strong industrial relationsSupport organisational change projects, including automation and transformation programsDrive improvements across HR systems, policies, and processesOur ideal candidate will have:Experience as a HR Business Partner in an operational, manufacturing, or unionised environmentStrong working knowledge of Australian employment law, Awards, and EA negotiationAbility to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the businessExperience managing both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR deliveryTertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fieldReady to take the next step in your HR career?
