We’re hiring a highly experienced
**ServiceNow Developer/ Administrator** to join a large Cybersecurity solutions provider. You will manage the ServiceNow platform, design and build solutions and also provide support and maintenance.

This is 2 year full-time contract, based in Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand business requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery, with a strong focus on code quality and reusability
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality in coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security
- Responsible for fundamental administration and configuration tasks in the ServiceNow platform
- Responsible for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management and integrations.
- Create and customise UI policies, actions, scripts, pages, and business rules

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Administrator
- Experience in configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML, XML, API integrations with other systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills
