**JD specifies atleast 4-5 years of experience and the senior ITOM-ServiceNow resources**

Significant requirement is a strong understanding of ITOM modules, as most of the work will be related to discovery and event management.

Would like to understand key accomplishments and development they have implemented. Experience with something well after Jakarta (Customer on Utah).

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of ITOM modules and Understands ITSM modules in ServiceNow
- Creating and managing workflows in ServiceNow
- Strong development experience in ServiceNow (Client script, BR, Script include, Jelly, Angular JS, AJAX, etc.).
- Hands on experience in configuring ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, SR, Release management.
- Maintaining and administering the implemented instance of ServiceNow and perform tasks such as:
Configure Users, company, site, location and other existing fields

Configure Support Groups, assignment rules, categorizations, CI data, SLA etc

Create and Track support cases with ServiceNow

Template creation, change order/task/activity

Troubleshooting the ServiceNow instance issues
- Service Portal creation and customizing the portal as per client’s need
- Experience on working in Helsinki, Istanbul and Jakarta.

**Qualifications**:
1. IT or Web programming related educational background

3. Service-now trained with prior experience in at least one deployment/support of ServiceNow implementation.
4. At least 4-5 years of IT experience in development/support/analyst positions in ServiceNow.
5. Experience with JavaScript, Jelly and Angular JS pertaining to ServiceNow.
6. ServiceNow Admin certification (Good to have).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $700.00 - $750.00 per day

- 8 hour shift

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
