About the role:

We are seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth within our rapidly expanding ServiceNow practice.

In this role, you'll lead client acquisition, partner engagement, and go-to-market strategy across the East Coast.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute the ServiceNow business growth strategy across Australia.

Build and maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow ecosystem teams and strategic clients.

Identify new opportunities across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, and SecOps portfolios.

Lead end-to-end deal pursuit, including proposal development and commercial negotiations.

Partner with delivery and solution teams to ensure client success and retention.

What we're looking for:

5+ years of experience in enterprise IT / SaaS business development, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow products, licensing, and partner frameworks.

Proven track record in sales growth, client relationship management, and strategic account expansion.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
