**Hotel Manager-Remote Western Australia**
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager for this small but busy hotel in remote Western Australia.
The hotel offers onsite Bar, Bottleshop, Restaurant and accommodation. The property caters to local clientele, local workforce and passing tourists.
**Package**:
- $100,000 Salary
- Free Accommodation & Meals
- Onsite apartment
**Duties**:
- Day to day management of the licensed premises in a hands on capacity
- Staff rostering and training
- Stock control, ordering and stocktakes
- Management of bars and bottleshop in a hands on capacity
- Liaise with the local community
- Liasons with local stakeholders, liquor licensing, local police and shire council
- Offer excellence in customer service
- Adhere to Liquor licensing
- General open / close of venue-cash up and balance of tills, general banking
- Other duties as required
- Previous hotel management experience
- Strong experience with stock control
- Ideally have previous remote area experience
- Hold or be able to obtain a WA Approved Managers License
- Hold a Manual Drivers License
- Forklift ticket desirable
