We are currently seeking an experienced
**Duty Manager** with a strong Food & Beverage background, for a busy property located in the Pilbara Region of remote Western Australia.

The property offers accommodation, outdoor pool, BBQ area, bistro providing pleasant al fresco dining, bar, bottle shop and conference rooms.

The town is a popular destination for both business and leisure travel. Boasting many lovely beaches, restaurants, shops and attractions, this is the ideal base for exploring nearby national parks and islands.

**Package**:

- $66,853.00 salary
- Accommodation Supplied

**The Role**:
As a Duty Manager, you will lead and mentor the Food and Beverage team, ensuring a smooth and seamless service experience. You will have proven leadership experience and a genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away, fulfilling our 'Heartist' philosophy.

A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to work a flexible 7 day roster. The Duty Manager role is pivotal to the daily operation of the hotel and provides the perfect platform for career growth and development, gaining exposure across all areas of the hotel. This is a role where you can really make a name for yourself
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Hold or be able to obtain a WA Approved Managers License
