Temp to Perm Role
- $55 - $60 Per Hour + Super
- Supporting a leading Australian charity, exclusive role to Temp and Agnew

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to one senior executive
- Manage complex and changing diaries, including scheduling meetings/conferences and committees on and off-site to support CEOs agenda
- Compiling documents for meetings, taking minutes and screening phone calls
- Managing various administrative tasks such as maintaining a highly active calendar of appointments, preparing expense reports, and arranging complex travel itineraries
- Assisting the coordination of Board meetings and arrange new board member orientation
- Communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Drafting reports, letters, proposals and coordinating oral and written communication with relevant parties
- Maintaining confidential files and contact information
- Prepare and carry out communication on behalf of your Executive with impeccable grammar and an excellent level of attention to detail
- Demonstrate personal leadership by adopting a solutions-focused mindset and proactively taking steps to resolve issues, manage tasks and communicate with relevant stakeholders as necessary

**Required experience**:

- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to be forward-thinking and work with fast-paced & changing priorities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Self-starter who has a proactive approach and a proven ability to use initiative
- Experience in proactively promoting/establishing an efficient support structure based on the individual Executive
- Ability to perform autonomously and remain calm in a demanding and high-pressure environment
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues at the Executive level
- Flexible team player, able to quickly adapt and manage workloads against shifting business priorities
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to liaise with internal and external contacts in a professional and confident manner
- Proven initiative and a positive attitude
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience as an executive assistant required
- Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen
