**More about what you’ll do**
Based in our Wangara office and reporting to the Solution Support Manager, you will be the dynamic go-to person supporting our business development team in the area of furniture projects, with the aim to deliver the best customer experience in office furniture in Australia.
With potential growth into leadership, the role will see you fulfilling the following duties:
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes as required
- End to end project coordination/management with all internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with key project stakeholders to complete each project according to its unique set of requirements and clearly communicate expectation with customers and suppliers.
- Resolve any issues and solve problems relating to the project furniture supply
- Be agile, flexible, resolve any issues and solve problems relating to projects
- Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Solution Support Manager

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales support and/or project management role
- A 'can-do' attitude with strong willingness to learn
- Be flexible and agile in your working methods
- Think outside the box approach
- High attention to detail and well-organised
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
