**What You'll Do**:

- Supporting Financial Advisers in their day-to-day tasks, and general office admin support.
- Support new and existing clients with everyday enquiries, ensuring that we go the extra mile to make sure our clients can make informed financial decisions (providing them with factual information only).
- Assist financial planners in preparing and implementing comprehensive financial plans for clients - including processing Super and Insurance Applications on behalf of clients.
- Conduct research and analysis on various financial products such as their existing superannuation accounts and insurance policies.
- Support clients with claims enquiries and liaise with Insurance providers on their behalf.
- Prepare reports, forms, and other documentation for client meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Encouraged to seek continuous improvements in the use of a CRM and other software.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Someone who is looking for a stable part-time position within a supportive and friendly team.
- Experience with a CRM system.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates initiative and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - we are based remotely most of the time and as such, communication is a vital part of this role to ensure that deadlines are met and expectations are managed appropriately.
- Confident using Google Workspace and new software/technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Looking for a long term role where you can grow and be aligned with our values.
- Based in Perth and able to travel to North Beach and surrounding areas.
- Permanent Australian work visa.
- _Previous experience in financial services or related fields is a plus but not required._
