We are seeking motivated and experienced leaders to join our Payroll Services and Establishments team.

As an **EL 1 Payroll manager**, in our ATO Human Resource Management area, you’ll lead one or more teams and perform complex payroll or establishment duties, including collaboration with and influencing stakeholders and clients to achieve work objectives, business improvement measures and resolution of challenging payroll, establishments, and related HR matters.

You will manage complex payroll or establishment and related HR activities, including more sensitive and difficult matters relating to payroll, organisational structures, customer service, information systems and performance.

You will oversee the management of payroll or establishment teams and related HR functions to ensure they are delivered in accordance with the legislative, regulatory and compliance framework requirements.

You will identify and evaluate emerging risks and opportunities, provide specialist support and direction, champion change management initiatives, resolve issues and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Dandenong or Melbourne CBD**.
