Motto Motto was born out of the kitchen of one of Australia's most awarded Japanese restaurants, Sono.

We take the best parts of traditional Japanese fine dining and reimagine them in a casual, contemporary restaurant environment to deliver a truly unique food experience.

This is a great entry-level role, so no experience is required. If you have a big appetite for learning, we will show you the rest.

What's Next?

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to complete an interview as part of the next stage of the recruitment process.

Our roles are casual or part-time. We're a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends. You will be offered the role on the assumption you qualify to commence a Traineeship.
