**Job purpose**
- Manage SCM activities for the country, from planning, stock purchases both local and imports, custom clearance, and receipt of stocks into warehouses
- Ensure customer orders are delivered on time as per agreed service level.
- Ensuring availability of right inventory at right time.
- E2E responsibility of local and imported items
- Assist APAC Supply Chain Manager, to manage stock planning activities and providing day to day support (both proactive and reactive) on any of the issues already referred to, as well as response to immediate/unusual situations.
- Resolving issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Maintain OTD of 95%
- Placing of purchase orders to source through ERP(Oracle)
- Follow up for the execution of purchase orders placed to import/local vendors.
- Responsible for providing product availability information to business for fulfillment of open sales orders in system.
- Generating planning sheet and demand for placing purchase orders.
- Provide daily, product availability information.
- Item master data creation in Agile (ERP)
- Confirm product are delivered as per purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Liaising with CHA and getting good cleared from customs
- Clearing and submitting to finance of all import invoices
- Maintain data and records of DG goods
- Provide data and documents in case customs raises any query
