We are seeking a hands-on Leading Hand to support our Operations and Production Supervisor in overseeing daily team activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations across purchasing, inventory, production paperwork, and outbound despatch, with a strong focus on accuracy, supply continuity, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating despatch and outbound freight with logistics partners
- Managing purchasing, supplier communication, and procurement planning
- Overseeing inventory control, receipting, and cycle counts
- Completing final quality checks on products before despatch
- Closing work orders and ensuring accurate production paperwork
- Supporting the team, leading by example and resolving any issues constructivelyDaily people support and leadership on the factory floor

**YOUR SKILLS**

You will bring proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with some experience in procurement, dispatch, and inventory management
- Strong forecasting and planning skills with attention to detail
- Previous leadership or team coordination experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilityLF Forklift license (essential)
