**An exciting opportunity now exists for a Counter Sales/Tyre Technician to join the “Most Trusted Tyre Brand” in the Tyre industry.**

**About The Role**

We currently have an opportunity within our Truganina Retail Store for a highly motivated and proactive individual. If you are an experienced and dedicated customer service professional, then this Counter Sales/ Tyre Technician role is the position for you.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide an exceptional standard of customer service in responding to customer enquiries and in the sale of tyres, products and service.

In this position you will also be responsible for the complete tyre and wheel removal and fitment procedure for passenger, four-wheel drive (4WD) and truck vehicles. Full training will be provided if you do not have previous experience in tyre fitting.

Drawing from your well-rounded experience and demonstrating a commitment to HSE, you will be a pivotal member of the team.

**About you**

You should be able to demonstrate that you are enthusiastic, flexible, highly motivated and that you are committed to providing a high level of customer service, developing and maintaining great customer relationships and rapport.

**Skills and experience**:

- High level of customer service experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in preparation of stock orders and maintaining inventory records
- Willing to complete a Certificate II Tyre Servicing
- A commitment to safety
- A current driver's license is essential
- The ability to work with and contribute to a team
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prior Tyre knowledge / experience would be advantageous
- Current right to work in Australia
