We have an excited opportunity for a Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team in Greystanes NSW, providing outstanding customer service

**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for enthusiastic **Customer Care** **Consultant** to join our high performing **Trade Store** team based in **Greystanes,** to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Act as a first point of call for all telephone and front counter-based sales enquiries
- Building great relationships with our customers face to face and over the phone
- Assist in keeping our branch stocks, pricing, and promotional displays current
- Assist in the receiving, labelling, and storing of incoming goods
- Processing customer orders and credits and Ensure products are receipted daily
- Picking, packing and despatch of customer orders
To be successful, you will have:
- Well-presented and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced dynamic environment
- Experience with or an understanding of the industrial product market would be valued
- Warehouse, trade counter and or customer service experience highly regarded
- Proficient with using a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office software and all internet tools would be an advantage
- A current drivers licence
