Duty Manager Strong working experience and knowledge within the hospitality industry Knowledge and ability to schedule rosters, manage and train staff Weekly meetings with venue manager on continuous improvements plans and provide internal feedback Experience in conducting staff inductions, training techniques and knowledge of Risk Management procedures including attending OH&S committee meetings Functions and Events Manager Strong working experience in Functions and Events within hospitality industry Ability to administer all public events and private functions held within the venue Manage current Key Accounts relationship and growing the company database Experience in turning enquiries into business Ability to communicate in the highest of professional standard in written, oral and professional appearance to all clients and business partners Effective organisational skills for all public and private events including marketing campaigns
