**About the facility**

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

The Pharmacy Department is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy education and in the medical course at Deakin University. Pharmacy practice research is a focus with local and collaborative projects with universities, particularly Monash University and other healthcare facilities. Staff are supported for continuing education and postgraduate studies. The SHPA residency program is offered.

**About the role**

Undertake and develop your skill set in Pharmacy Store based at University Hospital Geelong

Responsibilities include:

- Purchasing pharmaceutical in line with HSV contracts and preferred supplier arrangements
- General stock control
- Adherence to approved purchasing processes and documentation

You will be reporting to the Pharmacy Purchasing & Stores Manager. This position requires attention to detail plus excellent problem solving and communication skills.
