**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Purchasing Officer** to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and purchasing plumbing supplies to ensure stock levels meet the needs of our customers and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase plumbing materials and fittings from approved suppliers
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels across product lines
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules
- Assist with general warehousing duties including putting stock away, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply-related issues
- Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
- Ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures and budgets

**Requirements**:

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency with inventory and procurement software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
