**This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Risk Strategy & Frameworks**: Support the GM Compliance in shaping the risk management strategy, integrating risk processes into strategic planning, and addressing financial and non-financial risks. Design and implement robust frameworks that meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- ** Risk Assessment & Mitigation**: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, recommend solutions, and implement tools to centralise and streamline risk management across the organisation.
- ** Advisory & Insights**: Provide actionable insights to senior management on risk trends, emerging threats, and mitigation strategies to support decision-making.
- ** Reporting & Metrics**: Prepare detailed risk reports for senior leadership and regulators, while developing dashboards to monitor and measure risk effectively.
- ** Training & Culture**: Lead risk training initiatives, enhance employee awareness, and foster a positive risk culture throughout the organisation.
- ** Performance Objectives**: Achieve individual and departmental OKRs and KPIs aligned with organisational goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business, or related field (Master’s or certifications like CRMP, FRM preferred).
- 10+ years of risk management experience in regulated industries, ideally pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or insurance.
- Proficiency with risk management tools and software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels, including senior management.
- Expertise in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance.
