**About the role**

This role will develop and maintain close working relationships across the ICT and Strategy & Growth Divisions in particular.

**Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information & Communication Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Significant experience in leading and managing technology teams.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, users and Customers.
- Ability to influence the direction of the National Systems Development technology service across the key stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management and Technology Service Delivery disciplines.
- Proven management capabilities across internal/external customers, vendors, people and finance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill especially when presenting technology solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Strong ability to guide, advise and lead senior internal and external stakeholders and through a period of change and development.
- Strong degree of innovation and able to influence, facilitate and negotiate effectively.
- Passion for technology with clear understanding of how technology solutions can support a positive Customer experience.
- Demonstrated experience with software development and documentation.
