**Job title: Clinic Manager Behaviour Support**
**Working Hours**: Full Time, 38 hours per week
**Salary**:$110,000 per annum + bonuses + PD + flexible work + more
**Location**: Hills District of Greater Western Sydney
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Our client is a supportive multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners providing a holistic therapy service across multiple clinics. They have four large multidisciplinary clinics plus a Head Office location and a team of over 60 staff.
As a Clinic Manager Behaviour Support, you will be:
- Leading, mentoring and coaching the Behvaiour Support Team and their Team Leaders around quality assurance and ensuring positive outcomes for our clients
- Working alongside the Therapy Manager and you will be responsible for the operational management of the clinic and the team that you support
- Reporting to the Strategy and Business manager and CEO and taking part in quarterly strategic planning to develop and implement strategic and operational plans, monitoring clinic performance, and foster a positive work environment
- Some travel within the area will be part of your role in assisting your team and you have the flexibility to work from home

**Essential Criteria**:
- At least 3 year’s experience in a leadership and/or management role accompanied with understanding of Behaviour Support with people with a disability
- Experience in the NDIS patients
- Relevant tertiary studies in Management, Allied Health and/or Applied Behaviour Analysis
- Possess strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Possess a people-focused leadership style
- A team player who is able to collaborate with the wider team and maintain positive relationships with people throughout the business
- Be innovative and inspirational with ability to provide support through effective leading, mentoring and coaching whilst promoting a positive work environment
- Highly organized with vision for future growth, passion to grow and learn
- Manage others through organizational change
- Must have legal right to live and work in Australia
- Possess a current, unrestricted Australian driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle
