New Born Twins and 3yr Old Support

**Our Family**:
- We are a newly family of 5, we welcomed twins in November last year, they are now 2 months old, we also have a 3 year old, who is a playful, funny, kid who loves to read and run and play shops.
**Your Duties**:
- We would love someone who is primarily caring for our 3year old, playing, making lunch, taking them to the park. Someone who is energetic and open to imagination play, reading books, craft. We will also need help with the twins. manly just holding them after a feed, or while they are waiting to be feed. Potentially bottle feeding them, changing nappies. We also need someone who is open to cleaning the kitchen and tiding the play room. I will be there the whole time, you'll never be with all 3 alone. But potentially taking my 3year old to the park or minding them while I take the twins out.
**Our Perfect Caregiver**:
- We would love an experienced all rounder who is confident with both toddlers and babies. Someone who is passionate about children's development and aware of what they need at different stages. Someone energetic and confident, as our 3 year old loves to be on the go. We practise gentle parenting and would want the carer to be aware of this approach. Someone very responsible and diligent, yet creative and proactive with play and activities.
