- Key position in our front of house team, with the potential to move in to a manager position if desired

Wolf and Swill in Thornbury is expanding and opening a new venue across the street, and we're in need of some more staff to add to our team.

Specifically, we are looking for an experienced cocktail bartender, one who is looking to help develop and improve our list, and one who will be able to fill a bar supervisor role.

We are venue that values our staff, and that recognises the integral role said staff play in the function of our business. As such, we pay above awards rate, and always endeavour to create both a work environment and a roster that works for everyone. We personally believe that hospitality isn't just something that customers should recieve, but that our staff should recieve as well.

Ideally, we a looking for someone who wants to work around 40 hours a week, roughly 3pm-11pm Wednesday to Sunday, though we are flexible on both hours and start/finish times. If you're a gun at slinging drinks but you've got other things going on, we'll work around you.
