**Position Summary**:
We are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Barber to rent a chair at Barbers and Blowaves. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own client base and provide top-tier grooming services, including classic and modern haircuts, fades, beard trims, and styling. By renting a chair with us, you’ll benefit from our established reputation, professional environment, and high client traffic, allowing you to grow your own business within a thriving salon.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every client feels welcomed and valued
- Offer advice on grooming products and styling techniques to clients as needed
- Keep a clean and organized work area, following hygiene and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment
- Stay updated on the latest barbering trends, techniques, and products

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barber with strong skills in cutting, fading, beard trims, and styling
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of modern barbering trends and techniques
- A commitment to professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
- Passionate about grooming, client satisfaction, and continuous learning
- Willingness to operate on a chair-rental basis

**Chair Rental Details**:
This position is based on a chair rental agreement, not a salaried role. You’ll pay a daily or weekly rental fee to work within Barbers and Blowaves, giving you full control of your business within our space.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Expected hours: 16 - 46 per week

- Barbering: 1 year (preferred)
