**About the role**:
Provide administrative support to the National Field Operations Manager and field-based Account Managers through meticulous implementation of processes and procedures for the channel of pharmacy.

**Reporting to the National Field Operations Manager, you will**:
Support the Field Operations Manager and field-based Account Managers in the coordination of sales and administration activities. Act as the conduit between all internal functions and the Pharmacy field team to provide centralised communication.
Review order status and liaise with Customer Service and Accounts Receivable on blocked orders and/or orders not shipped to provide regular updates to the team.
Work closely with the Pharmacy sales team to streamline and develop standard reporting systems, processes, and procedures, including managing daily idoc report and ensuring all orders are processed via SAP or Account Managers
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc Pharmacy sales report to all relevant stakeholders using Business Objects, SAP and Jedox.
Assist in creation of and distribute selling content sheets, presentations, and other relevant selling aids, and distribute timelines to Brand and Marketing Activation teams and necessitate responses.
Maintain and update all aspects of the sales ordering tool Klee to ensure accuracy of codes and product descriptions at all times.
Create and maintain templates for promotional activities as required, and collate and manage allocations tracker for launches, gift sets and promotions.
Assist in the coordination and communication of planogram updates and the dispatch and installation of retail units.

**You will have**:
2+ years of sales administrative experience
High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with sales and other functional teams.
Excellent presentation and strong communication skills.
Strong analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills.
High level ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.
Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail in completing tasks.
Strong MS Office skills required including Excel & Power point skills at an intermediate level (minimum).
Experience in luxury &/or mass fragrances or beauty products or FMCG will be beneficial.
