Sales Coordinator

Our Client is a leading Australian brand with products spanning grocery, pharmacy, and healthcare channels. Founded 30 years ago by a reputable industry professional, the business has grown to export to over 25 countries with warehouses in 3 continents with products in over 8,000 store fronts in Australia.
This is a newly created position based at the company's friendly Frenchs Forest offices. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales & National Account Manager and working in a close-knit and collaborative team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales function with administrative tasks.
Specific responsibilities include:
- International sales administration tasks
- Supporting Account Management activity
- Coordinating merchandiser activities
- Coordinating samples, presentations and set-up of new products
- Receiving and working with data received from external sources - manipulating into various formats and creating reports for the sales team
To be considered for this position you will you will have strong MS Office skills with a motivated and driven approach. Whilst the position is varied, working with sales data is a focus of the position so the role is best suited to someone who loves working with numbers, is data savvy and has meticulous attention to detail. Experience in an FMCG environment working with Quantium and IRI Data is preferred but not essential.

The offices are casual, and everyone is very much 'hands-on' in their approach to day-to-day operations - no task is too big or too small
Standard hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm and please note this is a full-time office-based position.
