**COMPANY**

This business has their Australian head office & showroom located in the inner suburbs close to the CBD and has been operating in Australia for over 15 years. They represent a number of architecturally-designed light fittings and custom fixtures and is known for their high-end brands that are generally the first choice for architects & designers.

They are a 100% specification business focused on project sales within architectural & decorative lighting and have earned a reputation in the A&D Industry with their high quality and innovative designs.

**POSITION**

An Internal Sales Support & Project Coordinator position has now become available due to company growth.
- Preparing quote estimates from floor plans/architectural drawings
- Maintaining & updating the client database
- Sales admin - preparing contracts, sales reports & calendar bookings for the Account Management Team
- Calling upon existing relationships with Interior Designers to demonstrate products & respond to enquiries
- All aspects of customer service & responding to all enquiries from Interior Designers, Architects and Wholesalers
- Sales support to the external Account Management Team
- General administration duties

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

- Proven track record of any Internal Sales, Showroom, Customer Service or Project Coordination/Management type of role in the Architectural & Design industry of **ANY** Background: Furniture, Textiles, Lighting, Carpet, Bathroom etc **ALL** are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner with customer service as a key focus
- Proficient with CRM systems
- High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and team player mentality
