Based at front desk you will be responsible for:
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Sorting and distributing post
- Booking and confirming meetings
- Maintaining kitchen, boardroom and communal areas
- General administration tasks such as scanning client files, reporting, data entry etc.
In addition to the above, you will help out with the organisation of social events, staff birthday celebrations and the like.
The role is full time office based in Manly - a fantastic Northern Beaches location close to the corso, bus and ferry routes. Standard hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday however flexibility can be offered in start and finish times (e.g. 9.00am - 4.30pm for example).
