Exciting, newly created role. Use your property expertise to make a difference to the management of a property portfolio for homeless or at risk of homelessness, youth between the ages of 16-21.

Working with the Taldumande team of professional sector managers, youth workers and case managers, you will ensure that our young clients understand the conditions of tenancy in accordance with policy and Residential Tenancy Act and are clear about their responsibilities.

You will perform a full range of property roles including;
- Completing Property Entry and Exit condition reports.
- Conducting sign-up of new tenancies
- Providing quality homes to tenants and minimising vacancy rates
- Liaising with case managers/ youth workers to enhance tenant engagement and sustainability
- Managing tenancy complaints to effective resolution.

Attractive salary plus charity tax concessions, and super. North Shore based.
