**Import Operations Clerk**

This leading international freight forwarder is renowned for the provision of an array of services including Sea & Air Freight, Customs, Import & Expert, Transportation, Warehousing, Track & Trace.

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Import Operations Clerk to stamp their mark on this pivotal role and work alongside a supportive and professional team of industry experts. Reporting to the Import Manager you will be responsible for:

- Registration of consolidation and shipments
- Processing client bookings
- FAK documentation processing, registration, cargo lodgements and outturns
- Freight only job handling, job invoicing, document releasing
- DAP/DDP shipment handling, liaising with transport team for deliveries
- Raising invoices to clients and processing debit notes/invoices from service providers and overseas agents
- Liaising with clients (internal and external)
- Liaising with overseas agents in order to process documentation and communicate on shipment arrival etc
- General day to day duties as required
