Our focus is providing premium end-to-end logistics solutions for our clients. We offer a variety of services including express and linehaul transport, wharf cartage services, warehousing, regional distribution, and specialised transport solutions.

After numerous successes and exponential growth, we are ready to find the right person to join our Senior Leadership Team in the role of Head of Sales.

**The Opportunity**:
The role of the Head of Customer Experience: Sales and Service is responsible for responding to customer transport queries, delivering high level customer satisfaction levels by interfacing and responding in a timely manner to clients. The role is a key interface between our busy operations team and clients to ensure that our customers expectations are continually met. This role will suit a person who is both tactical and strategic when the occasion requires and is part of the senior leadership team within KTrans.

**Who we’re looking for**:
**Please NOTE: You must have experience within the logistics and transport industry to be considered.**

Using your extensive Tranport experience you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Customer Account management with demonstrable finance acumen
- Demonstratable experience in reaching set targets and budget revenue/margin
- Extensive experience in providing price & cost analysis on tenders and key accounts
- Have an understanding of the local transport market landscape
- Previous experience in sales and generating quotes
- Have the ability to lead, motivate customer facing personnel to reach KPI’s
- Must be organised, proactive, and dynamic
- Proven leadership skills and ability to create followership
- Strong execution mindset
- Solution oriented & analytical
- Team player & Customer oriented
