About the Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Care Workers / Assistants in Nursing to join our dynamic care team at Greenwich Place, a new boutique aged care residence offering luxury living, exceptional service, and breathtaking rooftop views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Permanent full-time and part-time positions are available. No working restrictions (Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or full working rights only – no student or holiday visas)

About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you will:

  • Support the Clinical Care Management Team and Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Provide care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Greenwich Place policies and procedures
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, and personal needs
  • Uphold residents' dignity, integrity, rights, and confidentiality
  • Contribute to an environment of safety, compassion, and respect

Skills and Experience

  • Certificate III  in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or Disability

    – OR currently studying Nursing with completed Aged Care placement (required)
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • No working restrictions (Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or full working rights only – no student or holiday visas)
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Current Police Check
  • Up-to-date vaccinations as required by legislation and industry standards
