**Based in Fyshwick, in this integral role, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers and will be responsible for maximising the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs.**

**About the role**:

- Planning, scheduling, and quoting of daily and project work
- Maintain accurate records of schedules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, and sales team
- Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes

**About you**:

- Glass and or trades scheduling/planning experience an advantage
- Ability to manage customers and installers
- Resilient with the ability to prioritise multiple work projects
- Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities
- Simpro or planning/scheduling system experience an advantage
