**About The Role**:
As the Retail Trainer you will be responsible for the creation of training programs and activities, implementing personalised career development plans as well as educating teams across multiple locations on current and incoming product/ collections, best customer service practises and market trends.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and National Training Manager to identify key focus areas and opportunities where further training/ education is necessary and provide feedback on outcomes.
- Overlook training and productivity programs to ensure your team feel supported and confident in their positions.
- Use multiple internal resources and learning platforms to educate the team on strategies they can use to elevate their skills and career with the brand.

**About You**:

- Confident in analysing data, sales reports, KPI statistics and other internal materials to dissect useful information and develop training strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in a designated Training/ Education role within the retail industry, creating innovative coaching solutions and delivering training sessions within the flagship location.
- Ability to communicate confidently and identify the best training delivery plan/style for each team member based on their learning style and goals.
- Incredible organisation and self-management abilities allowing you to stay one step ahead on topics such as product specifications, future brand targets and training strategies.
