**IN A NUTSHELL**
We're looking for a passionate People and Culture Coordinator who will help shape the employee experience for our growing global team. As part of our People & Culture team, you'll be at the heart of supporting our diverse, globally dispersed crew - from coordinating learning initiatives to ensuring our people processes run smoothly. Reporting to our P&C Lead, you'll help bring Bellroy's unique culture to life through tailored programs that make a real difference to our people.
Based at our Global HQ, you'll have a front-row seat to how we evolve our people programs while playing a key role in creating environments where our team thrives. Bring us your genuine care for people, sharp attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning. In return, we'll provide you with rich development opportunities, strong mentorship and the chance to grow within our award-winning culture.
**YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU...**
- Have a couple of years of professional experience within a people-focused role, ideally in HR coordination where you've gotten hands-on with HRIS's and people processes
- Are the kind of person who gets excited about keeping things running like clockwork. You love diving into the nitty-gritty of admin work and take real satisfaction in creating smooth, reliable processes that help everyone succeed
- Get energised by finding smart ways to use technology that makes everyone's work day a little better - you're always on the lookout for creative solutions that help the whole team thrive
- Can navigate multiple priorities with confidence, bringing both careful attention to detail and a steady hand to juggling various workstreams
- Bring a self-starter mindset while having the wisdom to know when to reach out for guidance or collaboration
- Want to develop your career within the P&C space and want a role where you have a direct impact.
**IF YOU WERE HERE LAST MONTH YOU MIGHT HAVE**
- Joined our team meeting to discuss how we can improve our onboarding process and brought your insights into how you think we can make our new starters feel more welcome and supported from day one.
- Identified and implemented ways to make our HRIS workflows more efficient, documenting the improvements in our wiki to help reduce administrative time.
- Managed our P&C inbox, providing thoughtful, personalised responses about leave, benefits and other important team questions.
- Supported our monthly P&C team meetings by preparing clear HRIS reports on team demographics and leave patterns, helping identify trends for discussion.
- Supported a team member through their parental leave journey by ensuring their entitlements were accurately set up and clearly explained.
- Researched an upcoming legislation change in one of our international locations that could affect our team members and presented key findings to our P&C Lead.
- Reviewed feedback from our team about their most valued perks, researched potential alternatives and helped shape recommendations for improvements.
- Helped bring our end-of-year celebration to life by coordinating with vendors, managing RSVPs with care, and ensuring dietary requirements were thoughtfully handled.
**LOCATION AND HOURS**
This is a Full-time, based in our Collingwood office.
Start Day: We're ready when you are
