**Overview**:
Ezy Energy is a leading solar installation company. We are looking for Sales sepresentatives to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls and convert prospective leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers
- Conversion of leads acquired through social media campaigns and referrals
- Undertake external and internal communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieving sales KPI's and targets
- Maintaining customer information on the CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in solar to offer valuable insights to customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cold calling, preferrably within the solar industry
- Competitive nature and comfortable working to meet targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract
