About the role

Certags is seeking a talented and driven Tech Help and Sales representative to join our dynamic team in Knoxfield, VIC. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and driving sales of our innovative technology products. As a crucial member of our sales force, you will play a key role in achieving our business objectives and enhancing the customer experience.

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Delivering high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Identifying customer pain points and recommending suitable technology solutions to address their requirements
  3. Experience with hardware and computer products is essential for this role
  4. Actively engaging with customers, building rapport and trust to drive sales of our cutting-edge products
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product updates to provide informed and valuable recommendations to customers
  6. Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and a consistent brand experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the technology industry
  2. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and explain complex products and services
  3. Basic technical literacy is required to effectively support customers with technology solutions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to customer challenges
  6. A driven and ambitious mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  7. Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT or a related field would be highly regarded
