About the role As Assistant Manager, you’ll work with our Front of House leaders to deliver warm, seamless service across the restaurant, bar, outdoor areas, and events.

From welcoming guests to sharing the stories behind our estate-made wines and seasonal menus, you’ll ensure every visit feels personal and memorable. You’ll lead by example during shifts, guide the team, and help maintain high standards across all touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role with real opportunity for growth, variety, and leadership development.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A genuine love of wine, food, and hospitality
- Confident, guest-focused communication and service style
- Calm, organised, and adaptable under pressure
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Current RSA
- Weekend and evening availability
- Knowledge of hospitality tech like Impos, Me&u or SevenRooms is a plus — but a willingness to learn is key
