About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in the glass and shower screen industry. This dynamic role involves a range of front-of-house and administrative duties, including customer service, scheduling, quoting, and invoicing. If you have a friendly, professional attitude and strong computer skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and efficient manner

  • Greeting and assisting customers with over-the-counter sales and inquiries

  • Day-to-day planning and scheduling of team members and installations

  • Preparing quotes for clients and following up as needed

  • Creating and sending invoices accurately and in a timely manner

  • Using MYOB or similar accounting software (experience advantageous)

  • Maintaining and updating customer records and job information

  • General office duties, including filing, email correspondence, and data entry

  • Maintaining a clean and professional front desk and reception area

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use

  • Experience with MYOB (preferred but not essential)

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment

  • A team player with a positive attitude

  • Professionally presented with a customer-focused approach
