About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in the glass and shower screen industry. This dynamic role involves a range of front-of-house and administrative duties, including customer service, scheduling, quoting, and invoicing. If you have a friendly, professional attitude and strong computer skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and efficient manner

Greeting and assisting customers with over-the-counter sales and inquiries
-
Day-to-day planning and scheduling of team members and installations
-
Preparing quotes for clients and following up as needed
-
Creating and sending invoices accurately and in a timely manner
-
Using MYOB or similar accounting software (experience advantageous)
-
Maintaining and updating customer records and job information
-
General office duties, including filing, email correspondence, and data entry

Maintaining a clean and professional front desk and reception area
Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
-
Experience with MYOB (preferred but not essential)

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment

A team player with a positive attitude

Professionally presented with a customer-focused approach
