We're on the lookout for multiple Front of House all-rounders to join our team at Cupitt's Estate. If you thrive in a fast-paced service environment and bring energy, professionalism, and a love of hospitality to every shift, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role:

You'll greet guests with a warm welcome, guide them through our menu and wine offerings, and work across the dining room, bar, outdoor spaces, and events. This is a dynamic role, perfect for someone adaptable and ready to jump in wherever the team needs support.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a Front of House, bar, restaurant, or event role
  • Confident communicator with a polished, guest-focused approach
  • Strong wine knowledge, or keen to learn more about wine
  • Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and a true team player
  • Comfortable using POS systems and ordering platforms
  • RSA certificate (or willing to obtain before starting)
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.31 – $38.78 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
